At Polo By Carlos Diaz, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your piece must remain in the exact condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and secured in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, simply connect with our concierge team via the online chat located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Once your request is approved, we will promptly send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first initiating a return request through our chat will not be accepted.
Damages & Quality Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect piece, contact us via the online chat right away so that we can swiftly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the piece you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can request an exchange through our chat, and we will process it as soon as the returned item is received.
Refund Processing
We will notify you the moment we have received and inspected your return. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
